Simple Reduced Sugar Hot Cocoa Mix

Use this simple reduced sugar hot cocoa mix inside of hot cocoa bombs or alone! While there is still plenty of sugar, it uses just over half of most recipes out there. If you want a full sugar hot cocoa, you can simply add additional sugar, but that will totally make me wonder if you stumbled onto my blog by mistake :).

Ingredients Equipment Method

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup pure cane sugar
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 2/3 cup baking cocoa
  • 1/2 cup powdered milk

Equipment

  • 1 jar or container with lid
  • 1 measuring cup
  • 1 funnel if you are pouring into a narrow mouth jar

Method
 

  1. Pour all ingredients directly into the container you plan to store it in.
  2. Mix ingredients up with a spoon or put the lid on and shake it.
  3. Add 2 TB of mix to a cup of hot water or inside a cocoa bomb.
